Having Problems?

Tip 1: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION and that your device is connected to it.

Tip 2: Make sure the lighting is good. In other words, make sure the camera can see the image clearly. Make sure that the lighting isn’t too dark, that there’s no glare, that you’re not too far away or too close (frame it so you can see the image inside your device).

Tip 3: Restarting the App usually fixes most problems

Tip 4: If you’re still having problems, restart your device.
